Our roots
Seattle, then Colorado.
Our family has been in the fish business in Seattle for generations: a grandfather, a great-great-uncle, and cousins who are still in the trade today. Peak Fish Co. is independent and carries that tradition to Colorado, starting with boat-direct shellfish from Southern California.
